  • Brent Tucker

    Owner and Founder - Brent joined the United States Army immediately following the tragic events of September 11, 2001. He served 8 years in the United States Army Special Forces as a Green Beret, and 10 years amongst the best of the best; the Delta Force, also known as Combat Applications Group (CAG). He is a Purple Heart recipient and a war Veteran of Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, having accumulated a myriad of combat deployments. Along with his association with myriads of non-profit organizations, Brent is the Host of The Tier1 Podcast, Founder of The C.A.T. II Foundation, and Part-Owner of Human Performance TRT.

    After retiring from the military, Brent offered his skill set to train law enforcement across the country to address the concern of our nation’s law enforcement not having sufficient training for unique situations, to soon discover such necessary training was both difficult to get authorized approval while also severely lacking both financial and moral support within the growing culture of today’s society to defund police. He developed a mission plan for what is now known as FRCC.

    FRCC exists to raise money for equipment, training, mental health, and family support for our First Responders. More often than not, if our First Responders want better training, they are required to pay for it out-of-pocket because it is “simply not in the budget.”

    We strive to never accept that excuse:
    It’s our purpose.

  • Drew Tucker

    Chief Operations Officer & Sales Director - Drew spent over 20 years in Youth Ministry, driven by a passion for serving God and investing in the next generation. After 11 years as an Associate Pastor in Texas, he and his family returned home to Florida to continue that purpose by supporting First Responders. His mission at FRCC is rooted in family, guided by faith, and driven by a commitment to give back to those who make the ultimate sacrifice. While standing shoulder to shoulder with those who serve this country, Drew is also the Producer of The Tier1 Podcast, Host of Truth in The Dark Podcast, Executive of The C.A.T. II Foundation, and Moderator of The Tier1 Podcast Live Episodes.

    The origin story of The C.A.T. II Foundation is in honorable memoriam of both Brent and Drew's late grandfather, Cecil A. Tucker; the most giving man they've ever known. 100% of funds donated go to First Responders in need. FRCC has donated over hundred of thousands of dollars to date for First Responders since its inception in November 2022, an accomplishment we are very proud of as we both grow as a new company and still hold true to our values.

  • Nick Wacker

    Brand Affiliate - Nick brings over a decade of experience as an active law enforcement officer. Prior to his career, he was a collegiate athlete and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has spent seven years serving on his SWAT Team, with experience as a police sniper.

    Through his service, Nick has developed a deep understanding with firsthand experience of the challenges faced by First Responders. When presented with the opportunity to contribute to FRCC in the beginning stages, he joined the team with a clear purpose and is committed to supporting our mission to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. He, along with his wife Shayna, are points of contact for The Tier1 Podcast.
